Survey on the Number of Visitors to Tokyo Using Mobile Data

In order to understand the trends of tourists visiting Tokyo by destination region, we are conducting surveys using statistical information from mobile data.

1. Matters Concerning Each Survey

(1) Prevention of Infringement of Third Party Rights

Please be sure to confirm the user’s responsibility when using them.

(2) Prohibited Use

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. acts of transmitting or writing harmful computer programs;
  2. acts of falsifying information entered in the database;
  3. acts that interfere or likely to interfere with the operation, damage or likely to damage the credibility of other users or third parties;
  4. acts that infringe or may infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights, privacy or other rights or interests of other users or third parties;
  5. acts that slander, libel, or defame or may slander, libel, or defame other users or third parties;
  6. acts of using them for any acts that cause or may cause disadvantage to other users or third parties;
  7. acts that are or may be contrary to public policy;
  8. acts that attempt or may attempt to identify a specific individual;
  9. criminal acts, acts that lead to criminal acts, acts that violate laws and regulations, or acts that are likely to fall under such acts;
  10. acts of providing information that is or may be contrary to the facts;
  11. changing or deleting a trademark, trade name, indication of copyright, or other indication of rights, or adding an indication that could be misinterpreted or confused therewith;
  12. in addition to matters specified in the preceding items, any acts that are in violation or likely to be in violation of these Terms of Use or laws and regulations.

2. Matters Concerning the Survey on the Number of Visitors to Tokyo Using Mobile Data

(1) Description of Source
